At Cosaic, we just reached a major milestone in product development: the successful pilot-scale production of a powder format of Cosaic Neo. The ingredient retains its distinctive functional profile — stability, emulsification, and creaminess — while gaining new advantages associated with the dry format: easier handling, more sustainable logistics, enhanced shelf life, and better fit in existing production lines. This progress marks an important step toward offering our partners a market-ready solution.
Additionally, the powder format of Cosaic Neo extends the range of product applications we can help improve, and the team is already exploring the potential in water-free systems like bakery and chocolate.
